Loaded Greek Hummus

This dish is the perfect game-day snack or dinner party appetizer. I’ve made it several times now and brought to family gatherings or enjoyed with friends. It makes quite the statement not only visually but with your tastebuds as well. 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hummus

  • 1/2 Cucumber (medium, finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Black Olives (pitted, chopped)

  • 1/3 cup Red Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  • 1/3 cup Parsley (chopped)

  • 2 1/2 ozs Rice Crackers

RECIPE

  • Add the hummus to a serving platter. 

  • Add the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onion, feta, and parsley on top. 

  • Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
