Meal Plan Friday - August 30

Many of us in the PNW either started school last week or will start after the holiday weekend. Some of you maybe started weeks ago. Some of you don’t have to worry about school anymore! Wherever you are on the “back-to-school” schedule, this week’s meals are inspired by simplicity and ease. 

Each meal has 10 ingredients or less and takes 10 minutes or less to prepare. I know your mind is busy trying to figure out new routines. Don’t let meal planning take up too much real estate in your mind this week. Make it easy. 

Use these easy recipes and/or lean into your tried and true favorites. This isn’t the week to start experimenting with something new and complicated. Go with what works!
