  • Hint: you don’t have to be going back to school to participate in this challenge! This is for anyone who wants to kickstart their meal planning this fall. The goal is to build your meal planning muscle as you ease back into schedules and routines. Settle into a new routine to save time and reduce stress all while getting a head start on eating healthy before the holidays.

  • The 5-day challenge is September 23-27, 2024. If you start late, you will still have all the tools needed to do this on your own AND repeat it after the challenge.

  • A challenge does come with a commitment of time. If you’re interested in meal planning, you’re likely interested in saving time rather than spending more time on something. Don’t worry! The recipes chosen in the meal plan are quick and easy with minimal ingredients. If you choose to meal prep, plan for 60 minutes total at the beginning of the challenge. If you choose to join the calls live or watch the replay, plan for 30 minutes per call. And remember, this is only 5 days!

  • To ensure you are fully invested in your own success, a minimal fee of $20 will be assessed to access the challenge materials. This includes recipes, grocery lists, coaching calls, and bonus materials. The value far exceeds $500 and you get all of this for only $20!! Plan for a grocery expense depending on the food you have at home. This shouldn’t be more than your typical weekly grocery spend.

  • All recipes are designed to be quick, easy, and family-friendly. This isn’t designed to stretch you or put your cooking skills to the test. The resources provided will empower you in the kitchen. There’s something for everyone in this challenge. You can take what works for you, make swaps as needed, and skip what you don’t like. It’s a chance to practice your meal planning and prepping skills, rather than challenge your cooking skills.

  • Each recipe will have suggestions to add, remove, or swap ingredients based on your dietary needs. If something doesn’t work for you or your family, you will be equipped to adjust your plan. Take what works for you and leave the rest.

  • During the challenge, 30-minute coaching calls will be held daily at 12pm PST. A zoom link will be sent to all challenge participants. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have your camera on and you don’t even have to be an active participant (although you can if you want!). Each day, we’ll cover tips, tricks, and resources for meal planning success. Topics range from mindset and planning to conquering roadblocks and lowering inflammation. And the best part…prize drawings for live attendees!
